������������������������������ STITCHING DOODLE BLOCKS steps �� �� Once all of the embroidery steps of the design have been completed, remove your design from the hoop. Using a rotary blade and ruler, trim your block leaving a 1/2” seam allowance on all 4 sides. This is an example of what your completed doodle block should look like. You will need a total of 18 doodle blocks to create the Tote Bag. Any combination of designs 1 & 2 can be used. ������������������������������ STITCHING SIDE BLOCKS steps The side blocks are created using our folded fabric technique. Follow the next set of instructions to stitch out design HC - DOODLE BLOCK - 3. You will need 6 stitch outs (3 on each side) of this block to create the sides of the tote bag. �� �� To start, hoop a piece of No-Show mesh stabilizer and run step 1 of the design. This is your squaring stitch showing where to place your batting. Place a piece of batting over top of the squaring stitch.
