STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS STEP A Now we are ready to run the embrodiery design. Start by hooping a piece of Perfect Stick Tear-Away Stabilizer with the shiny side facing up. Then, using a seam ripper, score an "x" in the top layer of the stabilizer. STABILIZER TIP We are using Perfect Stick Tear-Away stabilizer because it will allow the towel to be embroidered on without being hooped. STEP B Use the seam ripper to lift the top layer of stabilizer. You'll notice that the stabilizer resembles a sticker. Make sure the shiny side is facing up. Also, be careful to not rip the bottom layer of stabilizer. STEP C Once the top layer is peeled back, continue removing the shiny top layer until all of the sticky stabilizer is exposed.
