Napkin Ring steps CREATING LACE DESIGNS Follow these instruction to create the free standing lace designs first. Then, we will take you through the process of attaching the lace designs to your napkin fabric. Lace Napkin Corners & a b To begin, hoop two pieces of wash-away stabilizer. c d Run the embroidery steps of the design. e f Then, to remove the remaining stabilizer, run the design under warm water. You will need to match your bobbin with your thread of choice. Using a rotary cutter and ruler, trim away the excess stabilizer from the design. Place on a flat surface and let dry before moving on to attaching the lace to your napkin. Note: you will need to make three more stitch outs of the design.
