If a renewal payment isn’t received by that date, the payment increases by 10 percent in October, 15 percent in November, 20 percent in December and 25 percent in January. To learn more, visit clearwaterpolice.org. Water Maintenance Program Resumes The city of Clearwater and Pinellas County will conduct routine maintenance on the water system from Sept. 5-25. The method of water treatment will be temporarily changed from chloramines to chlorine disinfection in order to optimize water quality. The first segment was conducted in April 2017.
