Elevator access to the orchestra and balcony is located in the center of the main lobby of the Wildstein Center. Patrons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing Assistive listening devices are available at the concession stand in the Wildstein Center. There is no charge, however, a driver’s license or a state ID is required as a deposit. Patrons who are Blind or Have Low Vision Large print and Braille programs are available for patrons attending events at South Florida State College. Please contact Chase Smith at 863-784-7287 at least 5 business days prior to a performance to make arrangements Patrons with Service Animals If you or someone in your party plans to attend an event with a service animal, please notify box office personnel when purchasing your tickets so that we may make every effort to arrange for an aisle seat or other seat that can accommodate you and your service animal. Service animals are generally dogs that are individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities, including physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual or mental disabilities. Service animals may perform tasks such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling wheelchairs, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, or helping persons with psychiatric and neurological disabilities by preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler's disability.
