Follow the silicone's instructions for drying time. It must be dry before continuing. NOTIONS TIP STEP Z With your quilt blocks right-side out and the lining wrong-side out, you are ready to assemble the cozy. STEP AA Insert the lining piece into the cozy and clip in place. Be sure to use clips for this step instead of pins, as pins will puncture the oil cloth lining, which could potentially ruin the water-proof capability.
