STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS S T If your design has an appliqué, the next step will be a placement stitch for the appliqué. U V The next step will be a tacking stitch. With your printed fabric secured in place, run the next step, which is the tacking stitch. Note: Do not trim the printed fabric at this point! Lay your appliqué fabric to completely cover the placement stitch on all sides.
