PUT SOME SPOOK IN YOUR BOOK.. . . Does your child have a favorite story ���������������������������������������������������������������������������� ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ series that gives them goosebumps? Well, recently, I gathered up all our favorites, as well as new books to start checking out ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ we got ready to read by putting together ���������������������������������������������������������������������� We like to keep this time of year “not so” scary, and these goofy creatures are a neat way to welcome in this annual holiday. If you would also like to recreate our ���������������������������������������������������������������������������� need the following: ���������������������������������������� �������������������� �������������������������� ���������������������������������������������������������������� �������������������������������������������������������������� ������������ ���������������������������������� ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ out their monster parts. They will need a craft stick, a pom pom, googly eyes, and ������������������������������������������������������������ ������������������������������������������������������������������������������ top of their craft stick with a large amount of glue. Next, have your child glue on their �������������������������������������������������������������������������������� safety scissors to cut out parts of the face. Example: Use black foam to cut out triangle shapes and a crooked mouth for ���������������������������������� �������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� antennae to the top portion of the Monster �������������������� ������������������ ������ ������������������ ������ around the craft stick. I suggest shaping them into hands, or twirling them into silly horns to make them less pointed. At last, place the bookmark aside to dry, and once it is set, it will be ready to be ���������������������������������������������������������������������������� Tip: Use the safety scissors to cut off ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ the length. ���������������������������� �������������������� �������������������� are easy to put together, and I love all the colorful creatures that are created. This is a fun activity that encourages hands on creativity, as well as reading, and I hope your family enjoys making them as well.
