Dwight Icenhower is not only recognized for his great stage
presence, but also an amazing voice which has been mistaken for
Elvis Presley himself. He has performed with many of the original
musicians who initially collaborated with Elvis including The
Stamps Quartet and The Sweet Inspirations. Icenhower is the only
Elvis Tribute Artist to ever win four World Championship First
Place titles during Elvis Week in Memphis, Tennessee.
Elvis Aaron Presley (1935 – 1977) was an American singersongwriter
and actor. Regarded as one of the most significant
cultural icons of the 20th century, he is often referred to as the King
of Rock and Roll. Commercially successful, Presley is one of the best
-selling solo artists in the history of recorded music, with estimated
record sales of around 600 million units worldwide. He won
three Grammys and received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement
Award at the age 36.
