until we are confronted by
something that causes us to begin
looking for help.
This man was sitting there
for 38 years, and maybe at first
thought it was an okay thing because
people paid him extra attention
or gave him money. But
after time, people began to look
at and treated him differently.
His situation looked impossible.
Many with life controlling
issues get started because of
things that happen in their life.
Maybe they were abused, molested,
had addicted parents,
had no parents, or made a bad
decision concerning sex and or
an abortion. And this led them
into a lifestyle of bondage to life
controlling issues. At first, the
family, friends and legal system
say well they had a bad experience
or an awful childhood and
they extend a lot of mercy, but
then after time everyone gets
fed up and looks at the person
as hopeless and their situation as
impossible.
But Jesus said to him, “Rise,
take up your bed and walk.”
When we get to a point that
we are sick and tired of being
sick and tired, when we get to
the point where we are tired of
living life behind bars, or when
we get the point where we have
no life, we will cry out to Jesus.
And when we do, He will tell us
to Rise Up!
Just when it looks like our
situation is impossible, Jesus
makes it possible. Do not wait
until you hit bottom before you
cry out for your miracle. God is
ready now!
When Jesus told the man to
rise up the man’s miracle kicked
in. “And immediately the man
was made well, took up his bed,
and walked.” Immediately, his
impossible became possible.
Remember, a miracle is something
not understandable by
-
crippled for 38 years received
his miracle. His impossible became
possible.
If you are struggling with
life controlling issues, we
have the answer, His name
is Jesus and He will make
your impossible, possible.
