Pita Christmas Trees Banana Santas
INGREDIENTS
• 4 flavored or plain pita folds or pita pocket breads
• 16 think pretzel sticks, halved
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup guacamole
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
• 1/4 cup bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, or onions
PREPARATION
1. Cut each pita fold into 8 wedges.

PREPARATION
1. Have an adult help you chop the ends off the
bananas and then cut each banana into three
equal pieces. Cut each marshmallow in half. Cut
off the stem of the strawberry.
2. Skewer on one half of the large marshmallow,
followed by the banana slice, then the other half
of the marshmallow, the strawberry, and finally
the mini marshmallow.
3. Place two sprinkles at the top of the banana slice
and an M&M below them to make the eyes and
nose.
4. Repeat steps two and three for each banana slice.

3. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, guacamole,
and parsley. Spread a small amount on each pita
wedge.
4. Have an adult help chop whichever vegetable that
you choose into small pieces, and blot the pieces
with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
5. Sprinkle some vegetables onto pita to form
ornaments or a garland.
