What do you consider to be the most
important quality in a REALTOR®?
Whether buying or selling,
communication is key. An agent’s
ability to effectively communicate
with all parties facilitates a smooth
transaction.
What’s happening in the Tampa
Bay market?
A good rule of thumb is that
inventory over 6-months indicates a
buyer’s market, and under 6-months – a
seller’s market. Tampa Bay residential
real estate in the $500k-$750k range
has 4-5 months of supply, points to a seller’s market.1
The $1m+ price bracket indicates a buyer’s market, having
9-10 months inventory.1 Overall, price/condition/location is
the “Perfect Storm.”
What does the Smart Home boom mean to the real
estate industry?
Smart Home technology is here to stay and it’s not just for
the affluent or the tech lovers either. According to a recent
study conducted by Coldwell Banker, 44 percent of millennials
are willing to pay $3,000 or more to make their home smart.
Studies showing that installing Smart Home technology can
boost a final sales price by 3 to 5 percent.2

before you get in the car!
Are home inspections really
necessary?
Forgoing a home inspection is never
worth the risk. Having inspections
will help the buyer to understand the
mechanics of the home and also alert
them to any major issues that may
be happening behind the scenes. We
recommend a pre-home inspection
to our sellers.
