This eight-week series on modern
memoir writing will help you put your
personal experience into narrative
form, through writing exercises and
discussion of popular examples.
This program is appropriate for all
experience levels and is sponsored by
the Library Foundation. Registration is

Make a Valentine's Day craft at this

Iris Folding Cards
Create your own iris folding cards
using a paper-folding technique that is
done by arranging and layering strips
of paper, fabric or tape in a spiraled
pattern that resembles the iris of a
camera lens. All craft materials will be
provided by the library. Registration is
required.

break learning yoga relaxation
techniques to help you get through

Main Library
Sunsets on the Roof
The Clearwater Main Library will
open its rooftop terrace every Tuesday
30 minutes before sunset, weather
permitting, for those who wish to get a
better view of Clearwater's spectacular
sunsets and its beautiful harbor. Sunset
watchers should arrive at the library
a few minutes early and gather at the
foot of the grand staircase on the first
floor before proceeding to the roof.

Afterschool Chess
Play chess with a worthy opponent, or
learn the game from experienced teen
volunteers. Meet in the youth area. For

The Perfect Planner: Organize and
Decorate Your Personal Planner
Organize your personal planner. Learn
the basics on how to better organize
your schedule and life. Use the library’s
materials to decorate and spruce up
your personal planner, including
stickers, washi tape, paper punches,
sharpies and other supplies. Register to
reserve your spot, but walk-ins are also
welcome. For ages 15 and older.
