High School Clinic
This is a perfect class for students who
want to try out for their high school
team.

Junior Development
(12 and older)
This program focuses on warmup
exercises and improving stroke
production, combined with on-court
strategy while using a live ball and/
or fed ball. Footwork drills, serving
and receiving are practiced regularly.
Learn development drills and tactics
on court situations that help players
develop a competitive edge at any level.
Participants also focus on attitude,
demeanor and control of emotions.

USTA Junior Team Tennis
Register for Pinellas North Team Up
and enroll for junior team tennis. Your
child must be able to play tennis at the
intermediate level and know general
rules and scoring. Levels of play: 8
& Younger/Red Ball, 10 & Younger/
Orange Ball, 14 & Younger/Green Dot
Ball, and 18 & Younger/Yellow Ball.
• Winter Team-Up: Sat., Jan. 27,
noon-1:30 p.m.
• Sign up for a spot on a junior tennis
team. Bring a friend or meet new
friends to play with or against. This
is a fun league designed to teach you
how to compete in an enjoyable,
no-pressure organized play.

season. Join friends and play on a
team. This is the best way to give your
child the opportunity to enjoy playing
competitive tennis with a positive
experience.
The USTA Junior Team Tennis
programs are for players 18 and
younger, 14 and younger, 12 and
younger, 10 and younger and now 8
and younger. This is an exciting new
format for learning tennis by using
modified equipment and scoring

Pickleball is a fun, active game that is
played on a badminton court with the
net lowered to 34 inches.

Pop Tennis
Pop tennis is fun for the whole family.
Scoring is the same as tennis.
• Rent the paddles and balls
• Under-hand serve

• One serve only to start the point
• Eight-game pro-set
• $5 paddle rental (you must leave
a copy of your driver license or
current Recreation Card at the front
