BLAST Friday
The Cleveland Street District in Downtown Clearwater presents BLAST Friday, a free
monthly street festival in Downtown Clearwater, which is scheduled on the last Friday of
each month through May. BLAST Friday features live music, a variety of vendors, as well as
food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. District retailers and restaurants are open with
outdoor dining available on the street. The festival runs from 5:30 to 10 p.m. on Cleveland
Street from Osceola Avenue to Station Square Park.
The 2018 BLAST Friday season headline artists are:
• Jan. 26 – Richard Elliott
• Feb. 23 – The Romantics
• Mar. 30 – Billy Joel Legends “Lords of 52nd Street”
• Apr. 27 – 10,000 Maniacs
• May 25 – “Home Cookin’ 4” Greg Billings Band & the Black Honkeys

Cruisin’ at the Capitol
The 5th annual Cruisin’ at the Capitol is scheduled for Feb. 17-18 from the waterfront to
Fort Harrison Avenue. Motorcycles will be on parade Saturday, Feb. 17, and cars will be on

New Farmers Market Along the Waterfront
There’s a new market along the waterfront in Downtown Clearwater. The Clearwater Farmers
Market opened in November and takes place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday. Fresh
