Boca Bay Pass Club. The event is held in a tent
outdoors, right on the Gulf of Mexico.
The entertainment this past year deviated
from years past, when the Steve Chapin Band
was the committed act of the evening. Last year
the Brett Foreman Band hit the stage to mix
things up and keep it fresh, and they will return
again this year.
Last February 18 restaurants participated in
the event, including:
• The Beach Road Bistro • Boca Bay Pass Club
• Boca Grande Club • Coral Creek Club •
Crow’s Nest • Eagle Grille & Miller’s Dockside
• Farlow’s on the Water • The Gasparilla Inn &
Club/Pink Elephant • The Grapevine Gourmet
• Howard’s Restaurant • Libby’s Café + Bar,
Louie’s Modern • Loose Caboose Restaurant •
PJ’s Seagrille • Placida Grill • Prime Time Steak
& Spirits • South Beach Bar & Grille • The
Temptation Restaurant • Zydeco Grill.
Tickets this year are $125 per person and are
available locally at the Boca Beacon office, the
Boca Bay Pass Club, the Boca Grande Club,
Michael Saunders, the BRC Group, LLC and at
Prime Time Steak House.
When you go through the doors of the Boca
Bay Pass Club this February, keep this in mind,
a quote from food writer MFK Fisher:
“Sharing food with another human being is
an intimate act that should not be indulged in
lightly.”
We couldn’t agree more with that sentiment.
