Okinawan Karate Kids
This program promotes focus, patience
and respect through Karate and
grappling techniques. Learn the basic
strikes, blocks, kicks and stances, and

Okinawan Karate Beginners
Students will focus on the fundamentals,
practicing the basic stances, blocks and
strikes while learning how to use various
training equipment, including focus mitts
and heavy bags. Class also emphasizes

Self Defense - Teens & Adults
Learn practical skills that can help prevent
attacks, increase your awareness to
identify potential threats and attackers,

attacker so you can get away.
