ROXANNE FAY (Prospero)
is an actor, writer, director, and
producing artistic director of
Circle In The Water, LLC. Since
2011, she has created several
theatrical events to highlight
the artists and works exhibited at the Dali
Museum, St. Petersburg, which presented her
newest work on the surrealist designer Elsa
Schiaparelli in November 2017. Roxanne
was awarded the 2017 Creative Pinellas
Individual Artist Fellowship for her work as
a theatrical creator. In 2016, Roxanne was
awarded the Hawthornden Writers’ Fellowship
and spent a month as playwright in residence
at Hawthornden Castle in Scotland, which
was completely awesome. She will join The
Growlery in San Francisco as artist in residence
in 2018. Her plays have been produced in the
Tampa Bay area, in Chicago, at the United Solo
Festival in NYC, and in upstate New York.
Acting roles include Beatrice in The Effect Of
Gamma Rays On Man-In-The-Moon Marigolds,
Touchstone in As You Like It, Feste in Twelfth
Night, Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing,
Dr. Emma Brookner in The Normal Heart, Ruth
in Collected Stories, both Juliet’s Nurse and
Friar Lawrence in Romeo and Juliet, and Nurse
Ratched in One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest.
ALVIN JENKINS (Alonso)
has enjoyed being a part of the
dynamic and supportive theatre
community in the Tampa Bay
area for nearly two decades. He
has especially enjoyed portraying
Mitch in A Streetcar Named Desire, Leonato
in Much Ado About Nothing, Grant Taylor in
Christmas Stopping, Father Damien in Damien,
Pearly White and other characters in Jobsite
Theater’s Embedded, Boo and Nathan Radley
in the Asolo Theatre’s To Kill A Mockingbird,
Maury Shafner in The In nite Typing Pool,
Georg Lenck in Gorilla Theatre’s Bach at
Leipzig, Mr. Klemper in The Boys Next Door,
Harry Cooper in Night of the Living Dead, and
Mark Marcus in The Intelligent Design of Jenny
Chow. A big thank you to all who support live
theater in the area and to David Jenkins and the
rest of the Jobsite gang for the opportunity to
work with such talented and dedicated theatre
professionals. Alvin, his lovely wife Clare, and
their feline chum Theodore reside in Sarasota.
NICOLE MAAHS (Sebastian) is
thrilled to make her Tampa debut
with Jobsite. Her previous credits
include Summer and Smoke
(Mrs. Bassett), Richard III (Lady
Anne), and Romeo and Juliet
(Page to Paris/Ensemble). She has enjoyed
exploring Southern California for the past
two years working with Shakespeare Orange
County. Nicole received her BFA in Acting from
Florida State University.
MICHAEL MAHONEY
(Gonzalo) appeared most
recently as Weedon Scott in
freeFall Theater’s world premiere
production of White Fang.
Received the 2016 Theatre Tampa
Bay “Outstanding Lead Actor” award for his
portrayal of Larry Slade in The Iceman Cometh
at Tampa Repertory Theatre. Other roles include
Beverly Weston in August: Osage County, Robert
in Proof, Lyman Wyeth in Other Desert Cities,
First Actor in The Dining Room, Harry Roat
in Wait until Dark and Horace in Little Foxes.
Happy and grateful to be making his Jobsite
debut. Thanks to David Jenkins, cast, crew and
everyone else at Jobsite. Special thanks to Jim
Ray eld and David Frankel for their unfailing
wisdom and encouragement; and to Kay – for
everything else.
DEQUAN MITCHELL
(Ferdinand) is from Columbus,
Ohio, where he studied dance
and theater at the Fort Hayes
Arts School. He moved to Tampa
in 2001, where he began his
professional performance career as a dancer,
which took him around the world performing
in many corporate entrainment shows, major
sporting events, and numerous television
appearances. DeQuan currently works freelance
as a dancer, choreographer, actor, model,
singer, and personal trainer. He is honored to be
involved in telling these stories.
