written on a piece of paper, then I probably can
play it! At present, I feel that there are so many
different folkloric styles of Caribbean music
that has not been tapped into and it is here that I
continue studying and researching because there
could be another style of music that has yet to be
heard! I feel music in general is a spiritual form
of communicating with all people of all races and
it is also where I feel free!”
