NOTICE
All copy or material sent to us for
use in production of an order, will be
accepted as being in compliance with
all applicable laws regarding trademark,
copyright, right of privacy, patent or
similar protection. The customer, by
submitting such copy, represents that
our use on the items ordered will not
violate any such laws, and as such,
we hereby disclaim any liability for
compliance with such laws in the use
of the customer’s copy or material.
The customer hereby agrees to hold us
harmless to any damages arising as a
consequence of use of said design or
copy.
CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65
All our products meet applicable
federal safety and warning
requirements as enforced by the
U.S. Food and Drug Administration
and the Consumer Product Safety
Commission. California Proposition 65,
otherwise known as the Safe Drinking
Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of
1986, states that products shipped
to CA must display product warnings
informing users of chemicals known to
the state of CA to include carcinogens
or reproductive toxins unless such
chemicals are not present or are present
below established Safe Harbor Levels.
The printing inks used to decorate our
products do not contain chemicals
at concentrations that would require
a California Proposition 65 warning
label, although Proposition 65 has not
fully established Safe Harbor Levels for
all materials used in all our products.
If requested, prior to shipment, a
warning label can be applied ensuring
compliance with California Proposition
65 regulatory requirements. Warning:
This product may contain chemicals
known to the State of California to
cause cancer, birth defects, or other
reproductive harm.
PLACING AN ORDER
All orders are accepted subject to our
standard delivery and credit terms.
If we are unable to meet a required
delivery date, you will be contacted by
a Customer Service Representative. The
electronic sending of an order does not
guaranty the ability to meet an in-hands
date.
PRODUCTION - RUSH ORDERS
Normal production is subject to
inventory availability and imprint
method utilized. Screen printed
orders and laser engraved orders
ship in approximately 5 working
days; production times for full-color
imprinting is detailed within the product
descriptions. All times are after proof
approval and credit acceptance. Rush
delivery dates must be accepted by
Bankers® and rush charges may apply.
Always check stock availability and
production on critical in-hands orders.
PRICING • QUOTATION
Prices are subject to change on 30
days notice. Please use our website to
check for the most current pricing and
ongoing specials. Unless otherwise
noted, written quotations are valid for
45 days. All pricing is FOB New York.
Verbal offers are not binding until they
are confirmed in writing by our office.
Quoted freight charges are estimates
only.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We will not accept changes or
cancellations to an order, unless made
in writing and acknowledged by one of
our Customer Service Representatives.
Canceled orders will be subject to
charges for work completed prior to
cancellation.
GUARANTEE
We unconditionally guarantee our
products against manufacturer’s
mechanical defects.
TERMS
Receipt of order by us does not
constitute order acceptance. With the
extension of credit, our terms are 1%/10
net 30. We accept VISA, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover. All
payments must be in US funds. Any
special pricing arrangements will only
be valid if payment is made within our
agreed terms. Invoices paid with a
credit card after 30 days are subject
to a 3% processing fee. Credit card
information authorized for future use
will be entered into our PCI compliant
system and only the last four digits of
the card will be viewable to authorized
Bankers® personnel.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENTS
No returns for repair, credit or
replacement will be accepted without
prior authorization. Authorized returns
must be made within 30 days from the
time order was received. Any returned
merchandise must be packed securely
to avoid damage in transit. Any credit
issued will be for actual quantity of
product returned.
ARTWORK • PRINTING
Multicolor artwork should be clearly
marked and any PMS colors referenced.
Depending on the printing process
utilized, we will do our best to match
the requested colors.
Copy will be arranged according to
instructions provided, or in our art
department’s best judgement, if no
instructions are provided.
A change of ink charge of $15 (g)
applies when an imprint color is
changed on any portion of an order. A
change of copy charge of $15(g) applies
to each additional ad copy in a given
order. If any ad copy falls below the
specified product minimum shown in
the catalog, then an under minimum
charge of $20(g) instead of the change
of copy charge will apply.
LASER ENGRAVING
On laser engraved orders, each
item shows how many lines of text is
included. For a list of available typefaces
please visit our website. For a laser
engraved logo, there is both a set-up
charge of $20 (g) in addition to a laser
logo running charge of $.20 (g). Some
pens are available with Laser Rotation
(this process carries an additional cost).
CLIP PRINTING
We have the ability to screen print or
pad print the clip of certain pens. For
this option, there would be both a
set-up charge of $30(e) in addition to
a running charge of $.15 (g). Minimums
apply.
PROOFS
If there are any concerns with respect
to a layout, we suggest a paper or
virtual proof be done $10 (g). The cost
for a screen printed or laser engraved
merchandise proof is $25 (g) plus
freight.
