The most valuable services that ORRA offers members
are our many education programs and our communications
platforms that provide information about what
is happening within the real estate industry on both the
local and national levels.
I choose to be involved with ORRA because I want to
give back to my chosen profession.
The best real estate advice I’ve received is "Do not get
attached to the outcome."
The best real estate advice I’ve given is “Do not get
attached to the outcome.”
My real estate role model is Rick Miller, who graciously
taught me how to be a better REALTOR® and a better
broker.
The best way to stay competitive in real estate is to stay
educated, at a level that is well above and beyond the
requirements established by the state to maintain your
real estate license.
The most important real estate lesson I’ve learned is
hard work can weather any storm.
The best decision I’ve made is asking my wife, Julie, to
marry me!
My favorite music is country.
My favorite thing about Central Florida is just about
everything you can think of. I was born and raised here in
Orlando.
My favorite sports team is the University
of Florida Gators.
My favorite TV show is Designated
Survivor.
I’ve always wanted to go to Australia.
My first job was as a car hop at Steak
and Shake near the old Colonial
Plaza Mall.

My three goals as an ORRA leader for 2018 are to open
several satellite offices around the Greater Orlando area
to better service our members; increase member participation
within the association; and continue to promote
professionalism within our industry.
The most valuable service that ORRA offers members is
our fabulous education department, which provides top
notch professional development opportunities such as
the Excellence in Professionalism - Gold Key Certification
program.
I choose to be involved with ORRA because as a broker/
owner of a boutique real estate firm, I need my association
for things such as continuing education and
networking opportunities. As a REALTOR®, I value my
association for the advocacy it provides for both the
REALTOR® and the homeowner.
ORRA has had an impact on my career by providing me
with mentors who have helped me take real estate from
a job to a passion.
The best thing that has happened since I started volunteering
with ORRA is that I’ve developed an amazing
network. It always makes the transaction easier if you
know the other REALTOR®.
The factors most affecting the future of Orlando’s housing
market are affordable housing and transportation.
The most pressing local real estate issue is our low
inventory.
My three goals as a real estate professional for 2018 are
to grow my team; finish my MRP designation; and update
our processes with technology.
The most important real estate
lesson I’ve learned is to always
speak the truth. If you don’t know
the answer, don’t make one up! Tell
them you will get the answer for
them. Be honest about everything,
even if it is painful.
