My story started when I had
pain in my body that would not
go away. After much prayer, finally
I decided to go to a doctor
for tests. Tests showed negative
arthritis, negative lupus but
HIGH INFLAMMATION.
I decided to take the medications
for the inflammation
and the pain. The scariest medicine
was the Prednisone. After
four years of not getting better
and knowing the serious side
effects of the medications I decided
to get off the medications
one by one. What I learned in
my research was how I would
be able to get off the meds and
LOSE THE PAIN.
I remember asking the
Lord, “Why don’t you just
heal me?” (Because I know he
heals). He said so clearly, “If
you don’t learn what you are
learning now, you can’t maintain
your healing.”
I have found three foods
that best help reduce inflammation

are almonds, chia seeds
and flaxseeds. When flaxseeds
are ground fresh they release
the omega 3 fatty acids that not
only help reduce inflammation
but are also needed for our
brains. Of course it is important
that it be organic because
you can’t keep adding toxins to
an already sick body.
I learned that it was toxins
that gave me the inflammation.
(My doctor called it Fibromyalgia).
