GRAPEFRUIT &
ROSEMARY SPRITZER
INGREDIENTS
Rosemary Simple Syrup : In a small saucepan combine honey,
sugar, rosemary, and water. Bring your ingredients to a boil on
medium hight heat. You will want to cook down 4-5 minutes or
until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the contents from the
saucepan and strain out the rosemary. Cover and let it cool.
Spritzer Directions : Pour 1/4 of grapefruit juice in each glass.
Fill glasses with ice and top off with sparkling water. Use
another sprig of rosemary or grapefruit slice to garnish.

GINGER MIMOSAS
• 2 inch piece fresh
ginger
• 1 clementine
• 1⁄2 cup orange juice
• 16 oz sparkling water
• Ice
• 1 sprig of rosemary,
chopped
• 1⁄4 cup honey
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1⁄2 cup grapefruit juice
• 4-6 tbsp rosemary syrup
• Sparkling water
• Ice
INGREDIENTS
Pour the orange juice over ice and top off with sparkling water.
Add the ginger and slice the clementine for garnish.
Simple Syrup Directions : With the sugar and water in a small
saucepan, heat to simmer. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add
the halved jalapeños and simmer, covered. Do this for 5 minutes,
remove from heat and allow the jalapeños to steep in the syrup.
This is usually about 10 minutes. Remove the jalapeños before
using syrup.
Mocktail Directions : Combine watermelon, simple syrup and
coconut water in a blender. Process until smooth and frothy.
Taste for heat and add more simple syrup if necessary. Serve
over ice and garnish with lime and mint.
• 4 cups seedless
watermelon, cubed
• 1⁄4 cup or more of
jalapeño simple syrup
• 1 cup coconut water
• Lime garnish

• 1 or 2 halved jalapeños
