First, hoop a piece of No Show Mesh stabilizer. Run step 1. This is
the squaring stitch indicating where to place a piece of batting.

Step 2 is a tacking stitch. This stitch will attach the batting to the
stabilizer. You will then need to trim the excess batting sticking
out from beyond the tack down stitch.
Next, place a piece of batting making sure to completely cover
the squaring stitch.
Once the batting is trimmed, your quilt block will look like this.

You will now take a piece of base fabric and place it on top of the
batting. Making sure you have enough fabric to include at least a
1/2” seam allowance.
Step 3 is next. This is the tacking stitch for your base fabric.
