STABILIZER
TIPS
Use these tips to figure out what stabilizer will work best for your project!
Retro Christmas | Full Collection | 110
WASH AWAY
Consider wash away stabilizer when
applying embroidery to blankets or
other projects where you don’t want any
remaining stabilizer in your project once
complete. Simply rinse the completed
project in warm or hot water, and watch the
stabilizer dissolve.
TEAR AWAY
Tear Away stabilizer is a good catch-all
stabilizer. It is reliable and easy to find, and
is easy to remove from most projects and
designs. It works best for projects where
you will not see the back of the design, like
in a pillow case or framed project.
PEEL N’ STICK
Try Peel N’ Stick stabilizer for projects that
you would like perfectly centered, like a
shirt or bag. This stabilizer has a sticky side,
which will enable you to stitch out a project
without having to hoop an entire piece of
fabric or garment.
