STANDARD APPLIQUÉ
Recreate this picturesque quilt, no cutting machine required! Using our
Standard Appliqué technique, your Stained Glass Quilt blocks can be created
with the same placement and tack down process you have probably grown
accustomed to using. Simply lay your appliqué fabric right side up over the
placement stitch, run the zig zag tacking stitch, and use a pair of sharp or
double curved embroidery scissors to trim your appliqué fabric as close as
possible before moving on to the satin stitch details.
.SVG FILES
With a quilt this beautiful, we wanted
to make recreating it at home easier
than ever. If you own a cutting
machine, then say goodbye to those
appliqué scissors for this project! With
the included SVG files, simply load
the desired cut files onto a USB and
transfer them to your cutting machine.
From here, all of your borders and
appliqués will be perfectly trimmed
out for you! All you’ll have to do is
lay them down and watch as the lead
came between the pieces is recreated
with rich satin stitches.
