As with any seam, use an iron to press the seams open. Repeat
this step for the lining.
Sew the lining and the outer blocks together by stitching along
the bottom seam of the bag.
With the linings still facing out, attach the bag bottom to the bag
top.
TIP: Make clip marks along the seam allowance to make it easier
to sew the circle.
Take the lining fabric and fit it over the outside blocks. They
should be wrong-sides together.
Next, use temporary fixative to take the circle lining and attach it
to the bottom wrong-sides together.
Trim the seam allowance to 1/4”, and sew again along the open
edge. This will give the base extra stability.
