Once you are happy with your test print, remove all paper
from your printer and load only one sheet of printable
fabric at a time. Again, make sure you load the paper so
that it will print on the fabric side.
Once it has finished printing, follow the instructions from
the printable fabric manufacturer to figure out how long
it should sit before you are able to peel it from its paper
backing. Also, since there are different types of fabrics
and different manufacturers, we always recommend
reading the instructions on or in the packaging before
using their product.
Once you have followed the instructions on how to finish
your printed fabric once it prints, you are ready to use it
with our designs!
When we tested this out to make sure it would work well
for anyone using a home ink-jet printer, we went out and
bought a vary basic one for only $99 and have used it for
every single block we have printed. So, if you are worried
that your printer might not be high quality enough, just
keep in mind that we created these collections using a
relatively inexpensive printer.
