To join the leather pieces, we chose to use Steam-a-Seam in a 1⁄4”
size. Tear off small pieces and gently steam, applying them to one
another in an overlapping pattern. It is best to complete the left
and right sides separately and join them with the center piece.
With the pieces joined, use the belt punch on the smallest
setting to punch a hole into both sides of each of the cuff.
After stitching, remove the cuff from the machine. Use pliers
to attach findings to each hole in the cuff.

Tear off and apply a piece of fusible web about 1” in length across
the left and right pieces of the cuff. Then, apply another 1” strip
across the back of the center piece. Steam the strips, remove the
paper, and joining the pieces, pressing again to bond.
Transfer the leather cuff to your sewing machine and stitch a line
through the center shape. This will add decoration as well as
join the pieces. NOTE: The leather is a few layers thick in some
places, so be sure to swap your needle for a leather needle!
Now you will add the desired amount of chain. Get creative
in the configuration! You can also customize the length by
creating a longer or shorter extension leading to the end
finding ring (see circled).
