Once stitched, the back of your tile scene should look like this. Using a rotary cutter and straight edge, you can now trim to a 1⁄2”
seam allowance on all four sides.

Your backed tile scene will look like this, and is now ready for
binding.
Cut strips of binding to be 21⁄2” wide, creating 140” of binding
when sewn together. NOTE: It is best to cut strips across the
fabric, known as selvage to selvage, rather than lengthwise.
This measurement is also based off of the A size blocks.

To attach the binding, place the first strip face up, then placing
the second strip face down and perpendicular to the first strip.
Straight stitch diagonally from the top left corner to the bottom
right (see white dashed line above).
Trim this seam to ¼” and butterfly press open. Repeat step W until
all strips have been joined.
