Once all four blocks are complete, lay them out as shown in a
quarter-turned pattern.

Sew the blocks together along the seams, using a matching color
thread or clear monofilament; and remove the pins as you go.

Repeat steps B - D for the second two blocks. Be sure to keep
the quarter-turn pattern in mind during this process.
Align the seams of two of the blocks, and pin them together face
to face. This will create the first row of the pillow.
Using a warm iron, butterfly and press the seams as shown. This
will allow the seams to lay flat inside the pillow.
Align the seams of the rows together, and pin them in place
to secure.
