Sew the rows together along the seams, removing the pins as
you go.

Once the blocks are sewn together, your pillow should look
something like this.

Pin the back fabric and the top together, face to face, and secure
the pieces together using pins. Your pillow should now look
something like this. You will be stitching around the pillow, leaving
about a 5” gap at the bottom (as indicated).
Using a warm iron, butterfly the seams to ensure they lay
completely flat. This will allow for a smooth pillow top.
Lay out your desired back fabric, and place the pillow top over it
as shown. Trim away any excess back fabric to ensure the pieces
are the same size.
Join the layers together by stitching around the pillow, sewing
directly on the seams. STOP about 3” inches in on each side of
the bottom to leave the opening. This gap will be used for turning
and stuffing the pillow.
