You’ve made it this far, look at all the blocks you’ve stitched! Now,
it’s time to start putting it all together. We have broken down how
to join all these components to be easier than ever when paired
with our In-the-Hoop quilting method. Since batting and the
quilting stitches are already incorporated into each block, all that’s
left to do is join your blocks and rows and finish it all off with a
coordinating binding and backing.
It is important to note that we are creating a quilt with the
scalloped border in order to thoroughly demonstrate how to bind
the unique, curved edges and interior corners. If you are finishing
off a straight edged quilt, you will follow standard methods for
binding, and your binding strips can be cut straight or cross grain
rather than on the bias.
