Note: Since we are painting on fabric, a textile medium is needed to
turn our acrylic paint into a permanent fabric paint. It will make the
paint more pliable on the fabric so that it won’t flake off or wash away
once you’re finished! And of course, be careful with washing your
fabric too much. Choose a project that won’t need to be washed too
frequently to help your painting last longer.

DESIGNING YOUR OWN FABRIC. We wanted to mix up the
way you create your Puffy Petals designs by showing you a way to create
your own fabric to stitch on. Stitching the white satin onto the colorful field of
watercolor creates the look of a beautiful wax resisted flower.
THE PERFECT GIFT. Not sure what to do
with your artwork? You can be your own fashion
designer and create a tote bag that has a unique
and hand-painted touch to it, or you could frame it
to make a completely hand made gift for a friend.
