THREAD FRINGE

For your thread fringe, gather your materials. All you’ll need
is a piece of cardboard cut one inch wider than the width
you’d like your fringe to be, a strip of fabric cut on the bias
to a 3” width, and embroidery floss.
We’ll first work on the fabric strip. First, fold one edge of your
strip toward the center and press with an iron to crease.
If you have wide double fold bias tape, you can skip steps 2-4.

Next, fold the other edge of the strip toward the center and
press with an iron to crease.
Now your fabric is ready, set it to the side to work on the next
set of steps.
