Once trimmed, your reverse cutwork appliqués should look
something like this.

When the block is complete, remove it from the hoop.
Using a rotary cutter and ruler, trim the design to a 1⁄2” seam
allowance on all sides.

Using a solution of hot, soapy water, submerge the block and
remove the remaining stabilizer over the reverse cutwork
areas. Lay the design flay to dry.
Now, return your hoop to the embroidery machine and
continue to run the remaining decorative embroidery details
in a color that matches your base fabric.
Once trimmed, the block will look something like this.
