Next, lay the top row face to face with the middle, aligning
the bottom edge of the top row with the top edge of the
middle row. Be sure to match the tacking stitches of blocks
so they are aligned. Pin in place to secure.

Then, lay the bottom row face to face with middle, aligning
the top edge of the bottom row with the bottom edge of the
middle row. Match the seams and pin in place.

Your bag should look like this now. Before moving on to turn
your project into an actual bag, lay your lining fabric right
side down, then place the bag on top, like so.
Fold the front of the bag out of the way, so you can access
the bottom row.
Then sew a seam along each of the two pinned edges to
attach all three rows together.
Trim away the excess lining fabric so it is the same shape
and dimensions as the bag, then set the lining to the side.
