Remove the pins. While still keeping the two pieces aligned,
use temporary adhesive spray to hold the front and
back together.
Attach the front and back by sewing a straight line along the
long edges of the flag while keeping a 1⁄8” seam allowance.

Use tailor’s chalk and a ruler to mark where you want the
ribbon ties to be placed.
Cut 2 pieces of ribbon into 24” long strips, then fold each of
them in half.

Use pins, or tape to temporarily hold the ribbons in place.
Use a sewing machine to permanently secure the ribbons in
place, back stitching as necessary.
