Place the loop side of the Velcro right side facing up over
the placement stitch, being sure to cover it entirely.

Run the tacking stitch for the Velcro. Use a pair of scissors to trim away the excess Velcro from
the tacking stitch.

Once the Velcro is trimmed, your design should look
something like this.
Before running the next machine step, flip the hoop to where
the back is facing up.
Run the next machine step, which is the placement stitch for
the loop side of the Velcro.
