Gather a few different sized paint brushes, a small bowl, and
textile medium.

Pour textile medium into the small bowl.
NOTE: Do not add water.
Wet a brush with the textile medium and paint over areas
colored with the water soluble ink pencils. This activates the
color and will intensify the color dramatically.

If you are painting areas like the waves, where there isn’t a
closed shape, you can drag out the color once it is activated
to other areas. In other words, you can control where the
color bleeds.
