Once fringed, you can remove the design from the hoop.
Depending on your project, you can use a rotary cutter or
ruler to trim away any excess fabric and stabilizer.
Your Loop Fringe design is now finished!

Using a seam ripper or snips, locate the white bobbin thread
and snip or slice through it in all the wide stitched row. Once
you begin to cut the bobbin, the threads will look like the
inset image. Take extra care to not slice through any of the
skinnier anchoring satin stitches, slicing only the bobbin of
the thicker stitches!
Once you have cut the bobbin around all of the wide
stitches, flip the design back to the front. Use a pair of
tweezers, or other pointy tool like a pencil, to gently brush at
the threads, pulling them towards the top of the hoop.
