WELCOME TO
P3 Atlantic HIGHLANDS

Discover the charming and upscale historic Victorian town of Atlantic
Highlands, a sophisticated and warm community nestled among the
hills along the Jersey Shore with spectacular views of New York City and
Sandy Hook Bay. Stroll through some of the “old town” section of Atlantic
Highlands and see lovingly preserved and restored Victorian homes, some
dating back to the 1880s—the golden age of the Jersey Shore. Many are
showcases of the era and its architecture. At the hilltop, visit the Strauss
Mansion. Built in 1893 and the only Queen Anne Victorian mansion open
to the public in Monmouth County, it’s now a museum and headquarters
of the Atlantic Highlands Historical Society. Linger over the view from its
wide verandas and savor the interior’s rich wood paneling and stained
glass windows. Along the way, count the many porches, turrets and
towers gracing grand summer “cottages” in Stick, Shingle, Queen Anne,
Colonial Revival and Carpenter Gothic styles. The Halloween festivities
at the Strauss Mansion are not to be missed!
