Bradley Beach

Bradley Beach is a walkable, family-friendly
seaside town, where keeping the broad
sandy beach, dunes and boardwalk in
pristine condition is taken very seriously.
With playground, outdoor showers,
changing rooms, food concessions,
miniature golf and even a regulation bocce
court, you’re all set for a family day of fun
in the sun.
The boardwalk is a gathering place for jogging,
strolling, and enjoying live music and dancing at the
gazebo. Bradley Beach has been attracting visitors
since the 19th century, when large hotels lined the
streets adjacent to the boardwalk. Local legend has
it that Captain Kidd came ashore in Bradley Beach in
the 1600s and buried treasure here. What happened
to the treasure is anyone’s guess.
