Repeat steps GG-HH on the other side of the wrap to add the other handle strip and opposite velcro piece. II JJ This is what your blanket wrap should look like once the project is complete. You are now picnic-ready! Press the handle. Place the hook or loop side of a piece of 8” velcro on the open end of the design.
