Product Care
We take great care in ensuring the safe storage and
shipping of your product. If you store our products in
a cool, dry place they will last for years!
Conditions of high humidity, refrigerated storage and
heat can damage our delicate flowers and leave
blemishes. If you need to refrigerate, we recommend
to do so only for minimal time to avoid damage.
Shipping
Domestic & International
Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday – Friday will be
shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm EST
will be shipped the following business day.
Overnight and rush orders are available by selecting
the preferred shipping method at checkout.
International shipments may require additional duties
and are the responsibility of the receiver.
We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all domestic orders
over $200.
Custom Orders & Special Requests
Please allow an additional 24 hours for order
processing if we need to add wire to your order.
We are pleased to work with custom designers for
flowers that are a special request for a one-time
project. Let us know and we will be happy to help.
Custom edible mixes are available upon request.
