tempting favorites to pique your palate. . .
DOLPHIN/MAHI-MAHI: This is a firm white-meat fish delicious grilled,
Cajun-style or blackened.
FLORIDA LOBSTER: No claws like the Maine variety. Tails are broiled
and served with melted butter. In season August 6th to April 1st.
GROUPER: A very mild fish served fried, blackened, broiled or chargrilled
as an entrée. A fried Grouper Sandwich is hard to beat.
OYSTERS: A high source of protein. Served raw, steamed, broasted, or
“fancy” as in Oysters Rockefeller.
SNAPPER: A mild, delicious, white meat fish that’s served fried, blackened
or broiled. Best with butter sauce made tart with Key Lime juice.
CONCH: Chewy clams served tenderized with lime juice, raw, and
