The graduates are all smiles at the Virginia commencement. Welcome, new alumni! Sanchez and MaGalie Jones earned their bachelor’s degrees at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta. Veterans of the U.S. Navy, both having served as petty officers third class, they attended Saint Leo’s Gwinnett Education Center in Duluth and live in Loganville, GA. Owen Traughber, 6 months, may indeed be the cutest Lions fan! Owen, son of alumna Kayla Traughber ‘12 and Justin Traughber, of Middleburg, FL, attended the Adult Education Center and Center for Online Learning commencement. He helped cheer on his aunt, Candice Nicole Ferraer, who earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and graduated magna cum laude. Saint Leo Trustee Ginger Judge presented ROTC Cadet Ryan Hart with the Thomas B. Southard Leadership Sabre. Saint Leo University SPIRIT.SAINTLEO.EDU 25 Dawn Taylor, who graduated summa cum laude with a degree in accounting, gave the student address at the Gainesville Education Center commencement.
