NEWS Supra ActiveKEY leasing and support to be discontinued ORRA members who use the ActiveKEY may turn in their device for a prorated refund, transition to the Supra eKEY After careful consideration, the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association Board of Directors has voted to discontinue the leasing and support of the Supra ActiveKEY. Members who currently have ActiveKEY service will need to return their device to ORRA and transition to the eKEY service as soon as possible. (Deadline to be announced.) Members are eligible to receive a refund for the remaining amount of their lease provided they return their ActiveKEY to ORRA. Advantages of the eKEY: • Works on a wide variety of smartphones and tablets, and it even works if you don’t have Wifi or data connection. • Cheaper. • More secure. • Real-time info on your listings. • Reprogramming your lockbox, changing settings and accessing SupraWEB is easily done in the app. How to transition to the eKEY: • Schedule an appointment at ORRA (1330 Lee Road, Orlando 32810) by going to http://bit.ly/2sVekQU. • Expedite your appointment by downloading in advance the eKEY app (from App Store or Play Store) to the device you will be using with your eKEY. • Bring your ActiveKEY plus the device to your appointment.
