STITCHING HOOP CLOCK DESIGNS RADIAL TECHNIQUE O P The last step will be the final bean stitch and tack down stitch of the first radial fabric. Q R Once completed, gently tear away the stabilizer from the design. This is an example of HOOPCLOCK4 design completed. Now fold the edge of the first radial fabric under, making a fold like you see above. Once you have created the fold, lay the radial fabric down, 1/8” past the placement line. Be sure to trim away the excess fabric from the inner circle of the design. You have now completed the radial portion of the design. Continue on to remaining embroidery and appliqué steps of the design. You are now ready to move on to assembling your hoop clock together. Be sure to gather all of the materials listed on page 5 of the tutorial. Turn the page for the next set of instructions on how to finish your hoop clock! HOOP CLOCKS | Projects Collection | 79
