These activities take from our bottom line which in turn impacts the success of our company and each individual employee. This document offers an overview of our guidelines and provides you with information as to where policies and other reference materials can be accessed. Ethical behavior is an individual decision that affects many. It is the responsibility of everyone to report any possible fraud. All purchases must comply with our Code of Ethical Business Conduct and company policies, which include guidelines on: �� Appropriate Business Entertainment and Business Gifts �� Appropriate Business Travel Expenses �� Preserving Company Assets and Cost Consciousness �� Conflict of Interest �� Fairness to Vendors Only the person named on the card is authorized to use it. The card can be used for a single transaction up to $5,000. NO splitting of purchases to avoid the transaction limit is permitted. The card can be used only for valid business transactions. �� No ATM usage �� No personal purchases �� No cash back or cash refunds �� No improper purchases “hidden” in approved purchases Each purchase must be adequately explained in the Wells Fargo system and supported by a proper receipt within the prescribed time. Managers must review their direct reports’ expenses.
